Job Requirements

1. Ensure consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels
2. Lead all creative design and copywriting
3. Adhere with brand guidelines
4. Creating compelling visuals that speak directly to the reader, viewer, or user
5. Manage and plan the production calendar
6. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
7. Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
8. Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
9. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
10. Regular Communication with clients.
11. Present completed ideas to clients/team members
12. Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
    
    

Skills Required

1. Proven working experience as Art Director or Designer
2. Need to have more knowledge related to Art, rather than tools.
3. Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
4. Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
5. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
6. Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
