1. Daily offline/online clients meets
2. Enhance Client Relationship and experience
3. Lead to conversation follow up & Sending Quotations & Maintaining CRM Software
4. Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (Call, Email & SMS)
5. Work as a bridge between the internal team & client (Multi-department)
6. Daily Leads Follow-up
7. Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
8. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
9. Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
10. Work on Targets and achieve them as required
