Assist the production team during video shoots, podcast recordings, and photo sessions.
Support in setting up equipment including cameras, lights, microphones, backdrops, and props.
Help coordinate shoot logistics such as scheduling, location setup, and client requirements.
Take behind-the-scenes photos/videos during shoots for internal documentation or social content.
Manage basic administrative tasks like shot lists, equipment checklists, and file organization.
Assist in ensuring smooth on-ground execution during shoots guiding talent, managing cues, and maintaining shoot flow.
Support post-production coordination by organizing raw footage, audio files, and transferring data to editors.
Conduct basic research for creative references, production ideas, and podcast topics.
Maintain equipment inventory and ensure all gear is handled safely.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or related fields.
Strong interest in video production, filmmaking, podcasting, or digital content creation.
Basic understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear (training will be provided).
Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced shoot environments.
Willingness to travel for shoots and work flexible hours when required.
Knowledge of basic production equipment (camera, audio, lighting).
Understanding of video and audio fundamentals.
Coordination and time-management skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Familiarity with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audition, etc.) is a bonus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a production team.
