Cancellation Policy

Scope of This Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies only to bookings made for the Dechcept service, available at: https://dechcept.com

This policy does not apply to marketing retainers, custom project agreements, consulting engagements, or any other Dechcept service unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
At Dechcept, we value both our clients’ time and our team’s. This policy outlines the terms applicable to all Growth Call bookings.

1. Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel a booked Growth Diagnosis Call subject to the following terms:

More than 5 Working day before the scheduled session: Eligible for a full refund as per our Refund Policy (https://dechcept.com/refund-policy/)
Less than 5 Working day before the scheduled session: The booking fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to payments@dechcept.com. Verbal or informal cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation by Dechcept
If Dechcept cancels a confirmed session for any reason, a full refund will be initiated within 1 business day to the original payment instrument. You will be notified immediately via email and offered an alternative slot at no additional cost.

3. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior written notice, the booking amount is non-refundable. The session will be treated as completed and no rescheduling or credit will be offered.

4. Rescheduling
One rescheduling is permitted per booking, subject to the following conditions:

The rescheduling request must be submitted at least 2 days before the originally scheduled session
The rescheduled session must be booked and conducted within 30 days of the original session date
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability at Dechcept’s discretion
If the rescheduled session is also missed without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show and the booking amount will be forfeited with no further recourse

Rescheduling requests must be sent to payments@dechcept.com with your original booking confirmation.

5. Grievance Redressal
For cancellation or rescheduling concerns, please follow the process below:

Step 2 — If unresolved within 7 working days:
You may escalate your concern to Razorpay’s customer support at https://razorpay.com/support/ for mediation.

6. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply only to bookings made on or after the revised effective date.
