Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Organizing training seminars to enable clients to fully utilize service and it's benefits.
Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
Collaborating with content and concept creators and graphic designers and Social media team to execute the client's project in the best possible way.
Determining marketing campaigns and ensuring that the team adheres to them.
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
Managing and supervising projects from beginning to end.
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors.
