Job Requirements

• Daily offline/online clients meet
• Enhance Client Relationships and experience
• Lead to conversation follow up & Sending Quotations & Maintaining CRM Software
• Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact (Call, Email & SMS)
• Work as a bridge between the internal team & client (Multi-department)
• Daily Leads Follow-up
• Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
• Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
• Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
• Work on Targets and achieve them as required
