Job Overview
The Digital Media Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media platforms, executing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing online brand presence. This role involves publishing content, running ad campaigns, coordinating projects, and analyzing digital performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and influencers to drive business growth through effective digital marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Publishing & Engagement:
- Optimize social media accounts for brand consistency.
- Create and manage social media accounts for clients and Dechcept.
- Publish content across platforms, including caption writing.
- Edit and post videos, stories, podcasts, and audio content.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.
- Execute performance ad campaigns (lead generation, awareness, traffic, engagement, sales shopping).
- Manage Online Reputation & ensure positive brand perception.
- Advertising & Paid Media:
- Plan ad campaigns, including targeting and budgeting.
- Create, manage, and optimize ads on Facebook and Google.
- Generate quality leads for clients through digital marketing.
- Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) ad management and create online banner ads.
- Provide daily lead updates in client groups.
- SEO & Guest Blogging:
- Update blogs on the website and ensure regular content posting.
- Maintain website updates and optimize for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page audits.
- Build backlinks through off-page SEO & guest blogging.
- Track and analyze website traffic, preparing internal reports.
- Project Coordination:
- Professionally write emails and messages to document client discussions.
- Act as the social media account manager for all clients.
- Serve as the interface between clients and the operations team.
- Coordinate and follow up with teams, clients, and vendors
- Planning & Reporting:
- Generate and share monthly analytical reports with teams and clients.
- Conduct weekly planning and project wrap-ups.
- Provide detailed ads performance reports.
- Research & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Evaluate email marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
- Research trends and conduct keyword analysis for SEO and PPC.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing technologies and industry trends.
- Influencer Management:
- Identify and research relevant influencers within the industry.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, ensuring mutual benefits.
- Develop creative campaign strategies with influencers.
- Monitor and track influencer campaign performance.
- Manage influencer contracts and agreements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and paid media strategies.
- Experience in running ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
